Akash Mavle is the co-founder Solversa Technologies. Akash is responsible for overseeing all areas of engineering, solutions architecture and overseeing Solversa's technology direction. Functions reporting to him include engineering, development and Delivery.

Prior to Solversa, Akash served as CTO of a Hong Kong based digital market place for the aftermarket automotive components . Previously, Akash was associated with Mafatlal Consultancy Services Ltd, one of India’s leading ERP and SCM consulting houses where he managed large projects in BaaN Implementation. Akash has field level experience with Reliance Ltd., a Fortune 500 petrochemical major. Akash has over eight years of experience in solutions architecture and information systems working with executives / management from various corporations. This list includes, Dana Corp., Sulzer, Reliance and Copeland. Akash has played various roles like Technical Architect, Project Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, CTO during his career. He comes up with strong hands-on experience about Enterprise development Architectures like .NET and J2EE. In last few years he has also managed large Fortune 500 Accounts like Sanyo, Intuit and has been responsible for significant business development for Solversa.

Akash holds a Bachelor of Instrumentation Engineering Degree from Govt. College of Engineering, Pune, along with an MBA in Operations Research and General Management from Indian Institute of Technology( IITB), Bombay, India.

An MBA in marketing, Shirish has over 15 years experience in sales, marketing, business development, consulting, project management, business research, strategic alliance building and client engagement, of which the last 8 have been in IT, outsourcing & software space.

Currently heading business development & strategic alliances at Solversa, Shirish has founded and headed marketing at Maeflower Consulting Pvt. Ltd., a multi-faceted boutique consulting firm for offshore outsourcing advisory and end-to-end strategy implementation, founded and headed marketing for Eximserve.com, India’s first online transactions platform for the Indian international trade industry and worked with Forbes Gokak Ltd., then a Tata group company and India’s pioneer logistics and total transportation services provider in pervious assignments Shirish specializes in exploring and identifying new markets and opportunities, researching and preparing business plans to address them, mounting business development and sales & marketing strategies to implement strategies and in meeting targets and milestones towards attaining set goals.

At Solversa, Shirish has been responsible for establishing its Enterprise Systems Practice, its Staff Augmentation & Consulting Practice, its Offshore Incubation & ODC Set-up Practice and, recently, has been tasked with establishing its Business Research & Decision Support Practice.

Amritraj Peshin brings to Solversa an extensive background in the Finance vertical and a three year stint in sourcing advisory for IT services and BPO. He is an MBA in Finance with work experience ranging across Steel, Energy Financial services and Hospitality industries.

He has worked with multiple IPO's, Private equity, investment analysis, treasury functions. During his Sourcing advisory experience he has had close insight into client issues and experiences, multiple offshoring models and offshore risk mitigation processes.

Amrit brings to Solversa a strong network of outsourcers from UK and US. As a part of the core management team he will work in augmenting capabilities of Solversa from pure IT services to a mix of BPO and services.
