Intuit selected us for developing a customer feedback system for their products.

The objective was to implement a comprehensive customer feedback system and process that:
|
|
|
1.

Captures customer feedback from all sources including the Lacerte website, customer support, customer service, or any other channel into one system
|
|
|
2.
|
Allows categorization of feedback by product, type of feedback, etc.
|
|
|
3.
|
Collects the feedback into a master database viewable by a wide Intuit/Lacerte audience
|
|
|
4.
|
Routes the feedback to the appropriate Lacerte Product Manager for consideration
|
|
|
5.
|
Allows Lacerte PM's to route feedback to appropriate people or departments for resolution
|
|
|
6.
|
Enables Lacerte PM's to quickly respond to customers after they have submitted their feedback letting them know that we have received their feedback and are considering it
|

7.
|
Gives customers a status of their feedback, when appropriate
|
|

8.
|
Allows feedback reports to be run from the database
