Lacerte® (www.lacertesoftware.com) is Intuit's (www.intuit.com) leading tax preparation software suites for professional accountants. Intuit delivers specially designed, industry-specific business management solutions, and develops accounting solutions for bigger, more complex businesses

Intuit selected us for developing a customer feedback system for their products.
The objective was to implement a comprehensive customer feedback system and process that:
1. Captures customer feedback from all sources including the Lacerte website, customer support, customer service, or any other channel into one system
2. Allows categorization of feedback by product, type of feedback, etc.
3. Collects the feedback into a master database viewable by a wide Intuit/Lacerte audience
4. Routes the feedback to the appropriate Lacerte Product Manager for consideration
5. Allows Lacerte PM's to route feedback to appropriate people or departments for resolution
6. Enables Lacerte PM's to quickly respond to customers after they have submitted their feedback letting them know that we have received their feedback and are considering it
7. Gives customers a status of their feedback, when appropriate
8. Allows feedback reports to be run from the database
