GRT Shipping is one of India’s leading NVOCC. GRT wanted to integrate its multiple legacy systems with those of their providers and some key customers. The proposed solution would have to integrate the enquiry – capacity check – offer – book business process which involved all three entities.

The solution provided uses Microsoft BizTalk Server as the EAI driver and relies heavily on XML and messaging services to handle data packets between different applications running on myriad operating systems.
