Akash Mavle, Founder, CEO
Akash Mavle is a Founder and CEO of solversa Technologies. Mr. Akash Mavle has over 16 years of experience in the areas of Operations, Technology, Mergers & Acquistions, Project managment , ERP Consulting ( SAP, Baan, Infor), DW and Business Intelligence Consulting in Cognos, SAS and Microstrategy.
An entrepreneur, a CTO, a faculty and a technical expert in IT are a few attributes that describe this distinguished alumnus. He teaches entrepreneurship at SIBM, Pune as a visiting faculty and the course which focuses on creating companies/organizations on campus at SIBM has been designed by him completely.
He has more than 16 years of experience as CEO/CIO and CTO. Prior to joining his PhD he worked as a CTO at Clarion Technologies Pvt. Ltd. He has also worked in multiple Government Projects in the US. He has also founded two companies namely Eximserve and solversa . Eximserve focused on the B2B market place where he played the role of Lead Architect in building a sophisticated web based trading platform for trade. Later the company was sold to an auto parts company.
solversa, focused on E-business, Manufacturing Solutions, ERPs ( Baan/SAP/Oracle Applications), J2ee and .NET based development for large enterprise initiatives like SCM, CRM and ERP. He has also worked at Unibex, Mafatlal Consultancy and Reliance Industries Ltd.
He did his BE ( Instrumentation and Control) from Government College of Engineering, COEP, MBA in operations research, business strategy in 1998 from IIT Bombay and is currently pursuing his PhD in entrepreneurship also from IIT Bombay.
Dayanand Deshpande , Director-Enterprise Solution
Dayanand has diverse experience of 18 years in Business Development, Program and Project Management in Advanced Software Solutions space.
He has worked for Honeywell Automation India for more than 10 years starting as a Deputy Manager and was Program Director for an Enterprise Solution project as his last assignment.
He has also worked as consultant for providing contraint based planning and scheduling solutions to discrete manufacturing companies while working as Business Development Manager in Thruput Technologies India Ltd.
He did his BE (Electronics and Telecom) from Government College of Engineering,Aurangabad, MBA in operations research, business strategy in 1999 from IIT Bombay. He is also holds PMP certification.

Dushyant has more than 17 years of total experience in working for various markerts like India and US. Dushyant has worked with organisations like Microline, Asset, Creative VIsion and Iknowledgeworks at various levals including at CXO level

Anshuman Sinha, Director, US Operations
Anshuman Sinha is a Principal in Optizm, Inc. and serves as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Sinha has over 15 years experience in the areas of Operations, Technical Recruitment, Sales and Marketing of software consulting services, Projects, Outsourcing, and other related services.
From January 1998 through January 2011, Mr. Sinha served as Manager and then as Director of NetVision Global, where he was responsible for establishing the company’s 500,000-strong consultant database specializing in diverse technologies and vertical domains. He also developed a structured framework and efficient process for identifying, interviewing, hiring and training consulting staff that was extremely successful.
Mr. Sinha has served as Director of Worldwide Operations for Iverest Corporation, where he held P&L responsibility and successfully established offshore development centers in Mumbai (India), Pune (India), and Karachi (Pakistan) from the ground up.
Most recently he has served as Director of Business Development at mLogica. He has also administered VAR and OEM relationships with IBM and Sybase, including contracts and pricing negotiations.
From: December 1995 January 1998 (India), he held several positions including entry level Account Executive, Franchise/Alliance Manager, Profit Center Head and Senior Manager with the following companies - Dynacs Digital Studios (Digital colorization of b/w movies – a company based out Pasadena, CA ), Speed Crafts (Manufacturer of various road & rail road equipments) & Merit Organics Ltd. (A pharmaceutical company)
Mr. Sinha earned his B.S. in Geology from the Science College in Patna, India, his MBA from L.N.M.I. in India, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Irvine. He lives with his family in Cerritos, California.
Rajeev Singh Director Operations, India
Mr. Singh has over 15 years of extensive experience in the General management , Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Operations, IT & Business Consulting. He has been assisting Company and their clients in their endeavor to establish and carve a niche in the Corporate World over the years. He has been involved from the stage of incorporation of the Companies to the successful functioning of the Organizations over the years.
From May 2003 through February 2011, Mr. Singh was associated with the mLogica Group of Companies, since their inception, served as Head Business Affairs. Looking after day to day affairs related to Human Resources, Legal and Company Affairs, Finance and Operations. In-charge of one of the largest Accounts of the Company, providing Technical Staffs, their retention, replacement. Reporting to the CMD of the Group based at Headquarters at Anaheim, USA.
From January 1996 to April 2003, Mr. Singh was with Provestment Group of Companies looking after India and China Operations as Vice President. His highlights were Project & management Consulting, Foreign Collaborations, Project & Corporate Financing, Business & Marketing Tie-ups, Marketing Research & Reports, Dealing with Govt. Offices, Financial Institutions, SEBI, Stock Exchanges. Merchant Banking & Foreign Exchange Operations
Mr. Singh earned his B.A (Hons.) in Economics from Patna University, India, his MBA is from L.N.M.I. in India, He lives with his family in Viman Nagar, Pune, India.
Terry A. Hull, Vice President of Business Development
In a career of over 25 years, Terry Hull has held key executive positions and consulted with small to large corporations in industries as diverse as aerospace and security, education and entertainment. Focusing on strategic planning and business development, and on a wide range of international business issues such as corporate structure, equity funding, technology productization, and revenue capture, Mr. Hull has successfully facilitated new product introductions and revenue turnarounds, built go-to-market teams, established key industry partners, closed reference sales, and acquired equity funding. His corporate references include Electronics For Imaging (product launch for IPO rampup), International Thomson Publishing (new revenue streams and channels), Waterloo Maple Software (worldwide revenue turnaround), Computational Technologies (startup funding and reference sales), TCI Software Research (strategic sales planning), and BNC (strategic planning and implementation, Mexico). Mr. Hull’s business development relationships have included Aerospace Corporation, Boeing, SAIC, Lockheed-Martin, GE, and Apple; government agencies including NASA, JPL, the U.S. Navy, the Federal Reserve, DOE, and various secure laboratories; higher education institutions, including the Naval Postgraduate School and Johns Hopkins; and technology vendors, including IBM, Microsoft, Sybase, Sun, AutoDesk, iLOG, and others.
